Administrative Observations—Adjunct faculty will be observed by their department chair, college administrator or full-time faculty member at least once during their first year of teaching at the college or teaching in a new department and then as deemed appropriate by the department chair or Academic Dean or as requested by the adjunct faculty member. A summary of the evaluation will be prepared and will be shared with the faculty member and reported to the Academic Dean along with the observer’s recommendations. The Observation form can be found on the faculty development website.
