In the case of a last minute emergency or sudden illness, please contact both your department chair and Academic Affairs.  The preferred method for reporting a last minute emergency or illness is to send an email to your department chair and copy both Pat O'Brien (ypobrien@yccc.edu) and Joy Locher (yjlocher@yccc.edu).  Academic Affairs will post a sign on the classroom door with brief instructions to students (i.e. check your email, or check Blackboard).  Please let us know what these instructions should say.

If you have a flat tire and are stuck on the side of the road and class is starting in five minutes, please call Pat O'Brien if it is a morning/afternoon class (207) 216-4319 or Joy Locher if it an afternoon/evening class (207)216-4322.
