Q. How do I use financial aid to pay for my books and living expenses?

  • If you have been awarded financial aid, and have a credit balance after tuition and fees have been covered, you may receive a book voucher from our Business Office 2 weeks before courses start.
  • Once all charges, including tuition, fees, and books have been deducted from your financial aid, if a credit balance remains, it will be refunded to you in a paper check approximately 40 days after classes have started.
