Q. My instructor says that they did not recieve my paper that I submitted. How can this be?

Answer

1.)  After you browse and upload your document, you still need to click on "SUBMIT" to share the document with your instructor.

2.)  Check the filename.  If it is too long or uses non-alphanumeric characters you should change the name and try resubmitting it again.

3.)  Clear your browsing history and delete temporary files in your browser.  To do this,

      Internet Explorer:  Tools - Delete Browsing History - Delete Temporary Internet Files

      Firefox: Tools - Clear Private Data - check "Cache"
