If you want to forward or redirect your college emails to another account like a Gmail account, you need to use inbox rules. Below in the links section is a Microsoft article on how to create rules in our Outlook web email.
Forward: This simply sends a copy to your other email address. Not recommended.
Redirect: This captures the email that comes into your YCCC account, and instead sends it to your other email account. This is the recommended method.
